Attorney Mark Freedman
As a legal representative and managing attorney at the Law Offices of Freedman & Freedman, I know from experience that every situation is unique and needs to be treated as such. I meet with all of my clients personally and will not offer cookie-cutter solutions. I value open and honest communication, and this can be seen in my interaction with my clients. Over the years, I have heard of some truly sad interactions our clients have had with other law firms. I believe that the main focus of an attorney should be the client they are claiming to protect. Should you choose to work with me and my team, I know that you will feel cared for and listened to.
After receiving my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, I went on to earn my Juris Doctor from the Wayne State University in Detroit. As I am a member of the Michigan State Bar and the Arizona State Bar, I am licensed to practice law in both states. Not only that, but I have been admitted to handle cases in all of the state courts in Michigan and Arizona, as well as the U.S. District Court and the Federal 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. Before my time at the Law Offices of Freedman & Freedman, I was able gain invaluable experience by working with some of the top trial attorneys in the country.
I have experience handling many different types of cases. In a recent case, my wife and I (who is also my law partner) were able to secure a $1 million settlement for a client who was involved in an auto accident. For this reason, my husband and I are committed to upholding communication throughout the process. We have seen this make all the difference in the success of many cases. Key details which might have been overlooked otherwise are brought to our attention and carefully examined. I believe that it is our relationship with our clients which sets us apart from other firms. Too often, I hear about truly awful experiences people have with their attorney. When working with us, we know that will not be the case and we are known for our sincere care for those who come to us for help.
As to my background, I graduated from Michigan State University in East Lansing with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing. I then went on to earn my J.D. from the Detroit College of Law. I was added as a member of both the State Bar of Arizona and the State Bar of Michigan, allowing me to practice law in both states. I have also been admitted to try cases in every state court in Michigan and every state court in Arizona. Before joining my husband to form the Law Offices of Freedman & Freedman, I was able to get first-hand experience working with one to the top trial attorneys in the state, who is now one of the top judges in Genesee County. I have been able to handle virtually every type of personal injury cases and am committed to securing the maximum amount of compensation for my clients.
